About Us
With 22 years as a blended family, we understand the ups and downs of marriage firsthand. We’re transparent about the challenges and victories we’ve experienced, and we love equipping couples with practical tools to strengthen their relationships.
With over 20 years in marriage ministry, including leadership at Lakewood Church and Newlands Church in Texas, we’ve completed Light University’s counselor/mentor program. We are certified Marriage on the Rock trainers, XO-Certified Marriage Mediators, and state-certified facilitators of the Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts/Twogether in Texas premarital program.
We are the authors of Really, Marriage Can Get Better, Loves Letters a 28 Day Devotional and Imperfect Dads, One Perfect Father. We are and the founders of Brighter Marriage, a 501(c)(3) ministry dedicated to helping couples build stronger, more joy-filled marriages.
We share a blended family with three adult children, a young grandson, and our beloved fur child, Chica.
